Established in 2006, McGrath Construction Services, Inc. specializes in light commercial construction. This includes office tenant improvements, free standing retail, restaurants, small medical facilities, banks, as well as commercial build-outs.

I have over 20 years in the construction industry. My journey in construction began with framing houses and diverse construction tasks, which fueled my passion for building. Highlights of my journey to establishing McGrath Construction Services, Inc. include earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Management from Oregon State University, working as a Project Engineer for a prominent General Contractor, being a Project Manager for commercial framing and finishing companies, and designing and building residential multi-sport courts, remodels, and outbuildings. Through my range of experience, I can offer a broader perspective. This is an advantage to clients when it comes to trouble shooting and value engineering.

As a hands-on Superintendent, I personally undertake construction tasks while providing comprehensive site supervision and project management. My wife, 2 sons and I love living in Central Oregon and enjoy its outdoor adventure lifestyle. I look forward to working with you! Go Beavs!
